Jeffrey Place Italian Village Newest Urban Neighborhood
Italian Village will soon be home to the newest urban neighborhood in Ohio. Jeffrey Place has begun construction on the 41.5 acre site of the former Jeffrey Manufacturing Company located at the southeast corner of Fourth Street and East First Avenue just north of downtown Columbus. This unique and meticulously designed master-plan community will have over 1100 residential properties consisting of lofts, flats, townhomes and single-family homes with price ranges from $150,000 up to over $1 million. Jeffrey Place will also offer more than 90,000 square feet of retail space including a full service grocery location with structured parking and over 160,000 square feet of commercial office space, making it the mixed-use and sustainable community that the developer, National Community Builders, envisioned since the project's inception.
